Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Toofan Developer.

1. Project Payments

• All payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or milestone plan.
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed or incomplete.

2. Refund Policy

• Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable, as time and resources are already invested.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed client responses
  • Third-party issues (hosting, plugins, platforms, etc.)
• A refund may only be considered if no work has been initiated and both parties mutually agree in writing.

3. Project Cancellation

• A project may be cancelled by either party with a written notice.
• Completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.

4. Revisions & Extra Work

• Revisions are limited to what is included in the agreed project scope.
• Additional features or changes may incur extra charges.
